Whatever that reason may be, we're wholly committed to working with you to get the most out of your health and fitness membership with us.  As part of your membership we'll offer you an induction with our friendly, fully qualified Personal Trainers. As part of this they'll show you around the gym and get completely comfortable with your surroundings and equipment. We'll also design you a bespoke 6 week programme and your Personal Traine will be on hand to update and refresh your programme when you see fit.

If you don't like to go it alone or need a little extra push we offer a phenominal range of group fitness activities, ranging from X timetabled studio activites, X gym floor classes to virtual Less Mills sessions, all completely included in your membership. Our Swimming Pool and Spa area are integral to your health and wellbeing experience. As part of your membership you have full access to those facilities. Perfect for weightless fitness in the pool or medative sweats post workout in the sauna and steam.

A Little Extra

In addition to your all inclusive membership we like to offer additional benefits to add on to your health and fitness journey. You'll have a wide range of fitness packages at your finger tips including Weight Loss Clinics, FloatFit and specialist HIIT classes and our Group Personal Training, Tribe.

If you need that extra motivational kick we've also got Personal Training sessions for a little more 1 to 1 attention. Our onsite hair and beauty salon, Jas Hair and Beauty, stocked with luxury Aveda products, offers promotions and offers throughout the year, especially for our members.

Our 360 degree approach to health and wellness is completed by our specifically designed Cafe Vita menu to help you refuel an replenish your body after a workout. We're commited to providing all of this, under one roof, for your convinience to help you on your journey.
