We've designed our gym with our members in mind. Our cardiovascular kit ranges from state of the art treadmills and steppers to rowers, bikes and urgo's. A large number are connected to Wi-FI with interactive TV's built in to make your workout's those little bit easier. For those interested in Strength and Conditioning we have a free weights, plate loaded resistance and fixed resistance machines. We also have enhanced our bespoke functional training zone and includes kettlebells, sandbags, core bags, plymetric boxes, bosu, fitballs. We've got over 20 Gym floor classes a week including HIIT, Trek Sweat, Crew Fit and Octafit all designed to deliver the best results in a short time span - we like to think fitness efficiency in a class. All gym based classes are 30 minutes long, no need to book, just write your name on the gym board to join in.
