As a middle-aged woman, I understand that this period of life can be challenging both physically and mentally.

There are many advantages of starting training:

  • you will maintain your muscle mass
  • enhance your strength
  • you will increase your metabolism
  • you will be toned (no, you won't bulk up)
  • you will look and feel great
  • this will also have a positive impact on your mental health

The gym is not only for young, strong men.. middle-aged ladies have their place too!
