I love all types of gym kit: resistance machines, free weights, cables, TRX, battle ropes, functional kit - there is so much variation.
But it can be daunting initially, I know, I've been there!
Over the years, I've developed a passion for what the gym floor has to offer, both physically and mentally, and the benefits of it.
I love helping people get confident around all this gym kit, developing programmes and watching their confidence, enjoyment and love of exercise grow.
