Damon started Personal training with Dan in June 2018 with a goal of weight loss & improve core strength to help an on going back injury.
Less than a year down the line they re-assessed & remeasured (as they do every 6 weeks) this is what he has achieved in less than a year-
💪🏻 lost 16.4kg body weight
💪🏻 lost 11% body fat
💪🏻 lost 19 inches
💪🏻 doesn’t have back pain anymore
💪🏻 massive strength & fitness increases. He couldn’t manage one assisted pull up and now completes 4 sets of 10 unassisted (as in photo)
