It's Member of the Month time!
Finishing off the year for us is Del!
Here is Del's story:
After suffering from chest pains in Summer 2019, Del decided he needed to make some changes. He increased his visits to 3-4 times a week, as well as attending classes such as HIIT and Circuit Training. He also cleaned up his diet, which all assisted to a 2 stone+ weight loss!
He continued training outside when lockdown hit and came straight back to using the club once we reopened.
Diagnosed with a low heart rate, Del had said his top reason for keeping on top of his fitness, is to stay fit for his grandchildren. He also hopes one day to get our Receptionist, Tony familiar with the gym at Parkwood!
