No Money will be taken from members until the club reopens. Due to restrictive operational procedures priority will be given to live members. Anyone who has cancelled their direct debit can reinstate.

Following the most recent official government guidance regarding Covid-19, we regret to inform you that our Leisure Centres will be closed from Saturday 21 March until further notice. The closure includes all fitness classes, access to the gyms and swimming pools, swimming lessons, childrens’ activities, soft play and any outdoor pitches.

We will contact customers as soon as possible regarding monthly memberships, pre-paid annual memberships and bookings, and we will not be taking any direct debit payments for fitness and swimming memberships or swimming lessons on 1 April 2020. We will also be pausing and extending any annual memberships to resume once we reopen. Please be assured that we are working as quickly as possible to understand the implications of this closure and to put the appropriate steps in place. We respectfully ask all customers to refrain from contacting or visiting your local leisure centres at this time.

It is currently unclear how long our centres will need to remain closed, however we will be consulting with industry bodies and the government in the coming weeks and provide an update as soon as possible.

For now, we would like to thank you for your continued custom, understanding, support and patience, and to recognize the incredible efforts of staff over this difficult period.

VIRTUAL CLASSES

Staying fit and healthy is not only great for our bodies, but also for our mental and emotional well-being. It is important to us that we support our members as much as we possibly can, especially at this testing time. That is why we would like to offer all of our members remote support with their health and well-being goals.

Therefore we’re pleased to be able to offer all of our members some great free workouts that you can do from home thanks to our partners at Les Mills. Just click here or on the link below to access them.

In addition to our free of charge Les Mills home workout videos, we also have some home workout programmers in our app, which you can find on the app Store or Google Play.

Once again, thank you for your continued support. Being able to continue exercising and staying active is important for our mental and physical well-being and we hope these additional steps will enable us to continue to help you stay active for as long as possible.

We understand that we are in unprecedented times and we really hope that we can help you to stay healthy and keep exercising through the challenging weeks ahead.
